Owner, Ryan Sobol Consulting, LLC  Ryan Sobol is an independent software consultant in Seattle, WA.  His expertise is developing Ruby on Rails web applications and has been doing so professionally since 2005.  Ryan has contributed to dozens of open source software projects, including Rails, and has created his own website framework called Mango.  Prior to consulting, Ryan worked at Engine Yard, Inc. where he managed and monitored over 1500 virtualized servers running Ruby web applications and services.  Ryan earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
